Join us for a guided whisky and dining experience featuring premium Canadian whiskies from Hiram Walker & Sons Limited. Chef Bryan Corkery has created a Canadian inspired menu that will compliment a flight of carefully curated Canadian Whiskies.
Your host, Spencer Gooderham, is a seventh generation, direct descendent of the Gooderham Family who built Canada's first and largest distillery dating back to 1832. He now represents a portfolio of Award Winning Canadian Whisky as the Eastern Canada Brand Ambassador for J.P. Wiser’s, Gooderham & Worts, Lot 40 and Pike Creek.
