Field Guide presents a 5 course dinner with the best Nova Scotia has to offer- seafood and seasonal produce for this years Drink Atlantic Dinner Series! Chef Natalie Rosen and Bartenders Keegan McGregor and Jeff Van Horne are pleased to be working with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, El Jimador Tequila and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey to bring you a perfectly pared dinner with each course and cocktail sharing an ingredient.

Oyster /w pickled rhubarb, crème fraîche, fennel

Rhubarb -  Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Mint, Rhubarb Soda, Absinthe

Scallop credo /w árbol Chile oil, grapefruit, puffed quinoa, chive flowers

Watermelon - El Jimador Tequila Blanco, Watermelon, Lime, Maraschino, Salt

Brandade /w peas, mint, lemon, cured yolk

Monkfish /w asparagus and turnips, pickled ramps, saffron béarnaise, turnip top oil, corn shoots

Corn - Jack Daniels Tennessee Whiskey, Chardonnay, Charred Corn, Saffron, Lemon, Milk

Corn husk meringue /w mascarpone, peach dust and peaches, lemon geraniums
