Join us for an extremely intimate and special yoga experience. A Yin practice taught by Jeremie Saunders and Brian Stever (Sickboy Podcast) with storytelling and music provided by Laurie Brown (CBC Radio's The Signal) and Joshua Vantassel (Juno nominated electronic composer). This gentle 90 minute sequence will hit all the right spots to blow your heart and mind wide open! All the while one of Canada's favourite voices, Laurie Brown, will bring you on a dreamy cerebral journey while being backed by the otherworldly sounds of Joshua Vantassel. Space is limited!
