National Brand Ambassador Reed Pettit will take you through a guided tasting menu in collaboration with Chef Alex Jolin from the Barrington Steakhouse, for a four-course tasting menu paired with the outstanding spirits from the Remy-Cointreau portfolio. Botanist Gin, Cointreau, Remy Martin and Octomore scotch, headline this elevated experience.

Smoked trout, with charred pickles, young radishes, goat cream.

Lamb shoulder, tomato & coconut jus, Fried milk and basil salad 

Beef Wellington, peas and mushrooms, celery root purée, red eye gravy 

Barrel aged orange bitters marshmallows, graham cracker ice cream, chocolate terrine.
