From light peat to heavily peated, scotch is recognized worldwide for its variety of flavours and aromas that are often associated with smoke or peat. Come join Johanne McInnis for a deconstruction of peat and virtual tour through peat bogs of the UK through six very different whiskies.

Johanne McInnis, also known worldwide as the Whisky Lassie, has over 20 years experience in the public speaking field. Her educational background in distillation has given her a strong understanding of the whiskey making process and when combined with her natural passion lends beautifully to her master class.
