A Voice Workout Workshop

Co-hosted by singer songwriter Rachel Sunter (Arsoniste) and Bryde MacLean (Modo Yoga), this 2-hour intensive is for people who want to improve the quality of their voice for speaking or singing, and learn the techniques of releasing tension associated with vocal restriction.
For most of us, our voice is affected by tension and habits that we learned when we were young. This two hour practical workshop will explore the breath and body as related to speaking and singing in order to access a more free, rich, and authentic voice and is suitable for introductory students as well as students with previous vocal training. This is an excellent introduction for anyone wanting to improve their confidence in communication, public speaking, or singing, and a great tune-up for anyone who uses their voice professionally in any capacity.
