Sip n’ Shuck is an evening featuring Nova Scotia aquaculture products prepared in standard, not so standard, and unimaginably delicious ways. In addition to seafood, award-wining Nova Scotia wines, craft beers and spirits will be served. Sip n’ Shuck your way through one of the most memorable culinary events in Nova Scotia. A Tasting extravaganza brought to you by Taste Nova Scotia, the Delta Halifax, and Aquaculture Association of Nova Scotia. Oysters + Wine = The perfect party!
