Fresh off a performance at the 10th annual Classics By the Bay Festival in Parrsboro, the Bedford Brass Quintet returns home to share a unique program of music at St. Ignatius Church, overlooking the Bedford Basin.
The concert includes quintet versions of two classic suites by legendary wind composers: "Second Suite in F" by Gustav Holst, and selections from "Lincolnshire Posy" by Percy Grainger. We’ll also perform Gerswhin’s "Summertime" (because look around!), some light jazz, pop, folk tunes and more!
