Saturday’s edition of the Cocktail Academy is a series aimed at consumers—hosts who want to "wow" at their next dinner party, the home bartender looking to take their cocktail game to the next level, spirit novices wondering where to start. Local bartenders will join The Clever Barkeep & an all-star lineup of Haligonian Bartenders and spirit providers, in leading four different 45-minute lessons: Take your choice of punch creation, gin aging and distillation, mason-jar mixology and a seminar devoted to mescal and agave-based spirits.
