suddenlyLISTEN presents The Cello of Mr. O
Saturday, May 14 - Sunday, May 15, 2016
The Cello of Mr. O, a musical story for all ages.
The story is set in a city under siege, in an undefined place and time. A young girl tells us about her situation: danger surrounds her, and food, water and electricity are in short supply. And there’s grumpy Mr. O playing his cello in her apartment building! But when a rocket hits the supply truck, Mr. O's act of courage inspires an entire town.
Performed by Karen Bassett, Jacinte Armstrong and Norman Adams
Story by Jane Cutler - Music by Steven Naylor and J. S. Bach - Images by Lukas Pearse – Lighting by Susann Hudson – Stage Manager Theo Pitsiavas
