The Atlantic Publishers Marketing Association’s Best Atlantic-Published Book Award is presented annually to the Atlantic Canadian publisher whose book, published in the preceding year, best exemplifies excellence and achievement in all aspects and phases of the publishing process. We’ll talk with the authors of the nominated books about what it’s like to see their manuscripts and ideas transformed through the publishing process in the hands of some of the region’s best publishers.
Presented in partnership with the Cabot Trail Writers Festival, this virtual panel will feature host Morgan Murray in conversation with Ting Ting Chen (Impressions of Newfoundland: The Art of Ting Ting Chen, Breakwater Books), Anne Koval (Mary Pratt: A Love Affair with Vision, Goose Lane), Carol Bruneau (No Ordinary Magic: The Art of Laurie Swim, Goose Lane), and Lesley Crewe (Recipe for a Good Life, Vagrant Press).
