Mature language & playful violence

"Holy Parody!" By night, Londontown's favourite playwright/playboy Will Shakespeare dons the mantle of the Cloaked Crusader: the fearsome Knight of the Bat. When faced with an apocalyptic ultimatum, Sir Bat and his squire Robin Goodfellow must square off against an entire gallery of rogues in a race against time. A completely original concept/super-comedy by The Villains Theatre's own Dan Bray (AKA that guy who wrote Zomblet, Hansel und Gretel in: der Garten von Edible Horrors, M: the Berlin Murders, and co-wrote The Return to Baker Street and Herbie Dragons)!

Halifax Fringe prioritizes accessibility and community care. We require masks indoors to keep each other safe. Together we can make our festival a safer space for everyone, including our immunocompromised patrons, artists, volunteers, and staff. If you forget yours, free masks will be available at each venue. Thank you for your care and support!
