Bedford Brass Quintet presents Gloria: The Nativity in Music

Celebrate the story of Christmas with the glorious sound of brass! This concert by the Bedford Brass Quintet features spectacular renditions of classic Christmas hymns and carols, alongside selected readings from the nativity story.

The BBQ has performed acclaimed shows at concert halls, bandstands, churches and schools throughout Nova Scotia. Known for eclectic repertoire and outside-the-box performances, the quintet features accomplished musicians who have played with many of Canada’s leading ensembles, including Symphony Nova Scotia, the National Ballet Orchestra, the Nanaimo Symphony Orchestra, and the PEI Symphony Orchestra. The BBQ has twice been voted among the best classical ensembles in Halifax by readers of The Coast.
