Living in a world that seems to be increasingly withdrawn into screen communication, are we losing the ability to practice face-to-face communication and shying away from physical contact? And while we are becoming vigilant to the power differentials in the world including those in theatre and dance and beginning to find our voices, how do we start trusting each other again? In this practical movement workshop, we will explore how we can reduce our own anxieties when working on a close physical level with people we don’t know, and discuss our own responsibilities in the working relationship.

Please note: This class is open to experienced and non-experienced movers alike as well as to people of all abilities.
