2booze & schmooze

Come one come all for it is time 2booze and schmooze!

2booze & schmooze is a networking event aimed at connecting students with established and emerging theatre artists.

Students, you get a chance to meet your Halifax theatre idols and pick their brains. Professionals, you get to meet the up and coming members of Halifax's future theatre community! Actors will meet directors! Choreographers will meet lighting designers!

This years 2booze and schmooze consists of three parts! Feel free to come out to all or any one of these

1. SPEED NETWORKING. The first part of the night is limited so sign up EARLY if you want to be involved. You will have the opportunity to meet with groups of artists in different disciplines. You will get the chance to introduce yourself to emerging and professional artists from around Nova Scotia.

2. WOMEN OF TROY. After the speed networking, we will head over to the Dunn theatre in the Dalhousie Arts Centre, and watch the FSPA show “Women of Troy”, a play worthy of starting a great, happy, upbeat party. This portion of the night will run from 7:30-9

3. THE MIXER. The rest of the night will be a traditional mixer, so don't worry if you can't make the speed-networking or show, a great opportunity to make some connections and talk about the show! This portion of the night will run from 9-11:30

Tickets for the 2booze & schmooze Speed Networking are $7 in advance and include one beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
