I grew up in Montreal and found myself working in the industry very early never really having a true passion for it but upon moving to Halifax I found a new appreciation for the art. Halifax has such a unique and diverse group of bartenders. The sense of community mixed with everyone's own individuality is intoxicating it's hard not to want to be a part of it. I started competing a few years ago and have grown so much since then it's hard to look back. Bartending has been a journey for me and I'm always looking forward to what's to come.

Started off when I was  12 working at my grandparents butcher shop, then went from cooking in Ottawa to Manhattan, then found myself back in Ottawa working behind the bar and fell in the love with the craft.
