Rock for Mental Health is an event geared towards raising awareness and reducing stigma around Mental Health while having a rocking night! We all know someone that is living with mental illness, if not ourselves. Let's make it okay to talk about it with each other and be the pair of ears someone needs. Comedian – Jennifer Grover, 50/50 draws all night, Rock for Mental Health T-Shirts and merch from Outsider Insight. Presented by MDANS - Proceeds benefiting: Canadian Mental Health Halifax Dartmouth Branch, Canadian Paraplegic Association, and others. Come on out and support a great cause and get your rocks off!!
