Frank Russo: After performing independently across Canada for several years, Frank settled in Halifax and quickly established the most popular independent weekly comedy shows in the city. With a unique ability to take the mundane and drag it into the absurd, Frank intelligently tackles various topics including philosophy, social trends, and human behaviour with the pragmatism of a confused robot.
